Pet-Friendly Accommodation Policy

At Hotel Internacional we want you to enjoy a pleasant and comfortable stay while also ensuring the well-being of all our guests.

Your furry companion is welcome! To ensure everyone enjoys a pleasant stay, please keep the following conditions in mind during your visit.

Coexistence and Care

  • A maximum of two small pets (up to 4 kg each) or one large pet (over 4 kg) is allowed per room.
  • If a dog cannot interact calmly and safely with other people or animals, it must wear a muzzle.
  • Dogs must remain on the floor and are not allowed on chairs.
  • Pets may be left alone in the room provided they do not bark or whine. If you leave your pet in the room, please inform reception when taking it out so that we can arrange housekeeping. Housekeeping staff will not enter the room while a pet is inside.
  • Room service may not be refused for more than two consecutive days.
  • The pet owner is responsible for paying for any damage caused by their pet. The hotel may take appropriate action if a pet disturbs other guests.

Restaurant and Terraces

Pet-Friendly Terrace. During the first 30 minutes of each service period, designated terrace tables are reserved exclusively for guests dining with their pets. After this period, they become available to all guests on a first-come, first-served basis.

Feeding Your Pet

To ensure hygiene and the well-being of all our guests, dogs are not allowed to eat food from the buffet or eat on the terraces or next to tables. Each pet's owner is responsible for feeding their pet. The hotel cannot store or prepare pet food (including cooking, heating, cutting or any other preparation). Pets are not allowed in the buffet restaurant or pool area. However, they are welcome in the pool bar.

Includes the pet supplement and a kit consisting of a bed, a water bowl and a food bowl.

Pet-Friendly Kit Deposit

A €30 deposit is required only when the Pet-Friendly Kit is used. It will be refunded on the day of departure.
